Sheer Bliss Body Wellness - Client's Salon Etiquette

 

Tips to ensure a total Sheer Bliss Body Wellness ultimate pampering experience.

 

  • Appointment Bookings | Walk in clients are welcome, but, Appointments are advised to obtain the date and time required for your requirements and lifestyle needs.

 

  • Also Note: Please Do Not Ask For CREDIT for services and or treatments - All treatments and services are to be paid in full at the time of your appointment, pre-paying is acceptable, but, asking for "credit" in not acceptable as it WILL put the salon's staff and the client in a awquard position. Our salon does not offer accounts, please do not ask for one. Refusal may offend and may / will leave both parties feeling uneasy. Please ensure you have the correct amount for your treatment services prior to the start of your appointment.

 

  • Re-scheduling / Cancellations | 24 hrs notice of any changes or cancellations is kindly appreciated.

 

  • Arrive Early | Please arrive 10 minutes before your treatment starts. Appointments must finish at the allotted time, so please be fashionably early.

 

  • Sheer Bliss Silence | Please switch off all pagers and mobile phones or have them on vibrate only without noise. Please remember that the salon is for your pampering experience, it is not set up for children, please arrange child minding to enure you get the most out of your time out experience at Sheer Bliss Body Wellness, we are parents too and understand sometimes this is unavoidable, please let the therapist know prior to your appointment so she can accomodate your needs.

 

  • Ultimate Bliss Experience | We want you to have your best ever salon experience at each and every visit at our salon, so please let us know if you would like massage pressure, music volume, lighting levels or room temperature adjusted, our staff is only to happy to ensure your visit is as pleasant as we can make possible.

 

  • Valuables | Treatments are conducted jewellery-free, so please leave valuables at home or in your hotel. Nail treatments - Please leave your watch / jewellery in the dish provided on the left hand side of the Nail / Manicure Table prior to your nail treatment. We are not liable for your posessions clients have left unattended.

 

  • Hydro Spa and Pedicures | Preserve your polish by wearing open-toed shoes to a pedicure treatment to ensure ultimate results to your polishes for when leaving our salon.

 

  • Body Polishes, Spray Tanning, Wraps and Scrubs | Bring your bathers / swimmers to your appointment to wear during these treatments. Wearing open-toed shoes, sandles or thongs would be a safer option to preserve Tans. Wear loose fitting garments to your tanning sessions.

 

  • Gentlemen Clients | For a ultimate facial treatment results, please be clean shaven upon / before arrival.
